Many of the networkers are familiar with Success200, which is situated in Del Oro Bldg. near Boni MRT station Mandaluyong, but only thousands of people knew that there is another investment company located at the same building, called Eleven77 R2am Road to Success International Co. (formerly known as Unlimited Resources Marketing), often referred to as Road to Success or 7711 R2am.

The said investment company, owned and managed by Iglesia ni Cristo members Marcos Eugenio Tersol a.k.a Mark Tersol (CEO/President), Raquel Cordova (Vice President), Hermie Basco Jr. (Manager), Albert Soriano (Speaker) and a certain Noel Cabuang, enticed their investors by offering an ROI of 20 percent weekly interest of their investments plus free 1kg rice for every 5000 worth of investment. The company, which began operating in February 2015, also offered its investors a guarantee to pull out once they are already passed the 2 months lock-in period, but to no avail.

Eleven77 R2am Road to Success International Co., which is a S.E.C registered company (with an unknown SEC registration number) claiming that they own two 7/11 franchises located in Makati and in Baclaran, M.E Tersol Trading Corp, La Farge and Holcim Distributors, Forex trader, Bitcoin trader and owns a Security Agency based in Clark Pampanga, was able to cater to their promised ROI for 5 months, until a tragic turn of events.

It is said that before the INC celebrated its Centennial in July 27, held in The Philippine Arena located in Bulacan, there were already some changes in their scheme such removing "FREE RICE" for old investors and only offering it to the news ones. After days of being away due to the said INC event, the company was able to resume their services in July 28, Tuesday.

Came August 3, the company, which normally operates from 9am to 12mn due to volume of investors, received a lot of complaints from its investors as to why the management is only focused on entertaining pay-ins. According to the investors who were present at that day, only few fortunate individuals were able to get his/her pay-out, wherein a lot of investors are waiting for theirs as early as 5am.

Until 7:30pm on the said date, two civilians went to the management's office and talked to Basco, after hours had passed; both civilians went out with an alleged 5M at hand and removed all CCTV in the office. It is said that Basco remained at the office after the incident, while hours had passed when Soriano started informing its investors that the company was raided by an alleged NBI agents.

A lot of people were confused as to why there were only 2 unknown individuals who claimed that they are working for NBI, no warrant of arrest presented or an announcement prior to the raid. Numerous investors speculated that this is only an inside job or it is only a way for the management to discontinue the said investment company. Meanwhile, the management employees who were present at that day also told that the owners Tersol and Cordova are with the NBI for an investigation since early in the morning and that Cordova is currently in trauma - a reason used on why she can't really face the investors.

Another contradicting side of story emerged (source came from the management as well), saying that the incident was a "robbery," wherein some speculates that it is an inside job robbery.

As of to date, there are rumors that the company will not refund all its investors' money, while there were also only selected poll of people who were texted to attend a certain "Leader's Meeting." Informants said that the owners did not appear on the said meeting, although an unfamiliar face, who claims himself as a company Lawyer, is present and was able to cascade that no refund will be given, particularly for those old investors.

As of this writing, all of the management's accounts in Facebook were already deactivated, but some investors were able to trace Cordova's Facebook account, which bears an alias Mary Danies Pilones. Hermie Basco Jr., who is now letting the investors know that the remaining investments were being used in an indie film titled "Miraquel," and the "fake" lawyer Albert Rosario are currently detained in Mandaluyong Police Station.

It is said that all investors who wanted to pursue their complaints and file a case may go to Mandaluyong Police Station in Mandaluyong City Hall Philippines.
