The mother of the three children who died in the Philadelphia carjacking incident passed away in the hospital on Thursday.
Keisha Williams, 34, succumbed to her fatal injuries nearly two weeks after getting hit by a carjacked SUV, which also killed her three children.
The report was confirmed on Friday by a spokeswoman from the Temple University Hospital. Williams had been reported to be in critical condition since the fatal crash. However, no further information were offered by the representative.

The children, Keiearra Williams, 15, Thomas Joseph Reed, 10, and Terrance Moore, 7, were helping their mother sell fruits with the goal of contributing to the church fundraiser. The family was accompanied by a neighbor, Thelma Brown, 65, who was also struck by the vehicle. Unlike the Williams, however, Brown suffered from a broken ankle.
Reports reveal that the 10-year-old child died at the scene of the crime. While the other two children were rushed to the hospital, both passed away shortly after arriving at the hospitals.
The funeral for the three children involved in the July 25 tragedy was held on Monday. The memorial service was said to have been paid for by Charles Barkley, a Philadelphia 76ers icon.
The SUV owner, a 45-year-old real estate agent, was also injured from the incident. According to authorities, her vehicle was carjacked at gunpoint. She was also sexually assaulted by the suspect.
The suspects, Cornelius Crawford, 23, and Jonathan Rosa, 19, were both charged with murder, kidnapping, conspiracy, robbery, aggravated assault and sexual assault. Both men are held in prison and not allowed to post for bail.
Following the death of the children's mother, District Attorney Seth Williams amended the complaints. At present, Crawford and Rosa are charged with four counts of second-degree murder and conspiracy along with the other crimes they were alleged earlier.
"My heart continues to break for the family and friends of Keisha, Keiearra, Joseph and Terrance," the lawyer shared.
"I hope the knowledge that I am prosecuting these defendants to the fullest extent of the law will give the family some sense of justice during this time of unimaginable grief," he reassured the victims' families and the public.
