Motorola X Pure Edition September U.S. Release Date: Tech Specs, Customize, Pricing And Network Carriers

Moto X Pure Edition, or Moto X Style, features all-new hardware package with Snapdragon 808 CPU, a 21 MP rear camera and 3000 mAh Fast Charging battery to be launched on September 3.
The upcoming Moto X Pure Edition, also known as Moto X Style, is coming out on Sept. 3, according to a tweet from Motorola Mobility, which has been deleted unfortunately. Moto X Pure Edition sports 5.7-inches of screen display with QHD resolution, Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 hexa-core processor, 3 GB of RAM, a 21 MP rear camera shooter with dual-tone dual-LED flash, a 5 MP front camera and 3,000 mAh battery pack. It is expected to be available in three storage variants - 16 GB, 32 GB and 64 GB - and runs Android 5.1.1 Lollipop OS with custom software features on the smartphone installed by the maker.

Moto X Play has a higher display quality of 520 ppi compared to the 424 ppi of Moto X second generation, which is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3 and nano-coating IP 52 certification to repel water. In terms of performance, latest edition boasts hexa-core Snapdragon 808 processor and Adreno 418 which are better versus the quad-core Snapdragon 801 processor and Adreno 330 of the previous model. Moto X Style is likely to fair better in multitasking with 3 GB of RAM than the 2 GB RAM of Moto X second generation.
For the camera, Moto X Style is definitely an upgrade to have since the predecessor only sports 13 MP rear camera with dual-LED flash and a 2 MP front facing camera shooter. Battery life is interesting on upcoming device for the company used Fast Battery Charging technology of 32 percent within 15 minutes of charging that is faster than the 60 percent in 30 minutes rate of the second generation model. Also, the new device has 700 mAh higher battery capacity than its predecessor.
Moto X Style is expected to be sold at $399 with users allowed to change how it looks by choosing from several options from various leathers, wood and plastic using the Moto Maker website. Motorola, Amazon and Best Buy are some retail stores expected to sell the models which are compatible to all major network carriers in the United States, according to Android Central.
