Upcoming Huawei Mate 7S has been certified by TENAA having very narrow display bezel, octa-core CPU and 3 GB of RAM.
Chinese brand manufacturer Huawei received the Certification for Sale in China from TENAA for the upcoming flagship Mate 7S smartphone, successor of Ascend Mate 7. According to the image from GSMArena, Huawei Mate 7S has small changes on the external side when compared to the Ascend Mate 7. Mate 7S' front camera is now at the right side of the top display panel, while the logo of the company occupies the lower area of the display panel instead at the most bottom part of the device found on its predecessor. Unfortunately, sources have no idea why the company decided to put the logo on the display screen area.

Reports about Mate 7S technical specifications remain scarce at this time and only limited to a few details such as a very narrow display screen bezel, octa-core HiSilicon processor, 3 GB of RAM, a 13 MP camera and Android 5.1.1 Lollipop OS with the latest version of EMUI launcher. TENAA certified three model versions of Huawei Mate 7S which are CCR-UL00 for Unicom, CRR-CL00 for another network carrier and CRR-TL00 for another unconfirmed network carrier. It is expected to be available in several color choices including black and gold upon release after the attendance at the IFA 2015 event in Berlin, Germany on September 2.
Predecessor Ascend Mate 7 announced in September last year and released the following month features a fingerprint sensor, built-in security engines such as Visitor Mode and App Lock to keep privacy of all data, dual-antenna to optimize calls and 4G LTE performance, one high capacity battery with an intelligent Power Saving software and Huawei EMUI 3.0. It has an advanced primary camera of 13 MP using the Sony fourth generation sensor, 5 aspherical lens system, low-light performance and 1.2s Ultra snap-shot speed.
Ascend Mate 7 has 6 inches of screen with 1080p display resolution, octa-core HiSilicon Kirin 925, 2 GB of RAM, 16 GB internal storage with microSD card support, a 5 MP secondary HD camera on the front and runs Android 4.4.2 KitKat OS.
