"Magic Mike XXL" lead Channing Tatum was seen attending to his daddy and husband duties while vacationing at the beach with wife Jenna Dewan and daughter two-year-old Everly.

Jenna shared a Twitter photo with husband Channing holding their little Everly by the hand as she seems to enjoy the water. She wrote that they are enjoying an "amazing" time, feeling all blessed and grateful.

In an interview, Celebrity Baby Scoop asked Channing about being a first time daddy.  

He opened up that when Jenna gave birth he realized that it was just really up to both of them to raise their baby, "Ultimately you just have each other," the actor said.

He says he now tries to be a good father and is now able to appreciate his own parents more.

Jenna who was first seen on "The Playboy Club" and "American Horror Story" is set to star in CBS Network's TV series "Supergirl." Mrs. Tatum will play the role of Lucy Lois Lane's sister.

"Supergirl" which is set to premier in October received a fair amount of praise from fans for championing girls and women. It is also the first superhero show to have a female lead star encouraging young girls to watch with their mothers or sisters, Variety reported.

According to Entertainment Weekly, fans need not be confused because Jenna will make her initial appearance in the series on its third episode.  

In related news, Channing recently honored slain soldier Master Sgt. Peter Andrew McKenna in a social media post. McKenna, whom the actor personally met in February, died in Afghanistan while on duty. Just over the Fourth of July celebration the 35-year-old Master Sergeant was honored in his hometown.

He wrote in part, "Let's always remember to thank the men and women who... often sacrifice their own lives for ours."
