Is Warner Bros. Hinting at Two More Harry Potter Movies Following The First "Fantastic Beasts" Film?

Warner Bros. recently announced a series of dates for the studio's upcoming films for the rest of the decade. These include the nine untitled movies drawn out from DC Comics along with the two other mystery dates that were revealed, referred to as the "WB Event Films".
The first event that was put on the timetable has been slotted for a Nov. 16, 2018 premiere while the second is due two years later on Nov. 20, 2020.

While there have been no details or even clues for these mystery dates, speculations about new Harry Potter movies have been brewing.
Last May, Warner Bros. announced the release of the first ever "Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them" movie on Nov. 18, 2016.
Similar to that of the Harry Potter storyline, the new film will be set on the same wizarding world that J.K. Rowling created, although it will not be featuring the boy with the lightning-shaped scar or any of his companions.
Rather, the movie draws attention to Newt Scamander, the "writer" of the "Fantastic Beasts" book that was mentioned in the Harry Potter series.
If the first Harry Potter spin-off movie is being slotted for Nov. 18, 2016, it is easier to speculate that Warner Bros. may be setting a film release every two years for this franchise. The untitled "WB Event Films" have both been set in November on the same week that the "Fantastic Beasts" film will debut in 2016.
Earlier this year, Warner Bros. was reportedly planning on turning the book into a trilogy, similar to the movie adaption of "The Hobbit" by J.R.R. Tolkien that was transformed into three feature-length films.
Warner Bros. was also responsible for dividing the final Harry Potter book into two, resulting into the first and second "Deathly Hallows" films.
The "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them" movie is based on a textbook used by students in Hogwarts, Rowling's fictional school for magical people. In 2001, it was put into a real 54-page book for the benefit of Comic Relief, a charitable organization.
According to the bestselling novelist herself, the "Fantastic Beasts" movie will not be prequel or a sequel to Harry Potter's magical journey with his friends.
