Him immediately clarified that the purchase is for investment purposes only.
The property was a form of investment where Tavia and Him exchanged investment opinions before purchasing it.
Law also said that he will follow Tavia's footsteps and invest in real estate which he intends to start within the year.
According to Lam, if he ever gets a good grip on investing in real estate, his focus will still prioritize his career rather than business.
Him Law's real name is Law Chung-Him and was born on 28th of August 1984. His current project is the voice over in Tarzan 3D.
Law's acting career began by starring as supporting characters in the films Mob Sister, known as Lam's debut film.
However, property investment in China is experiencing a slow growth. This is also one of the considered reasons why Law chose not to focus a lot on investing in real estates.
According to Tang Jianwei, economist at Bank of Communications in Shanghai, the slow growth in property investment is likely to continue for several months caused by the demand of home buyers to stay in the sidelines.
Lam is considering starting his investment now for fame is not forever.
