One thing for sure, the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Plus will be slightly bigger than its predecessor the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, as well as, the significant absence of its Stylus Pen. While there have been no indication or official announcement of its launching, the Galaxy S6 Edge Plus' specifications have been making rounds on the internet.

 According to the Vine Report, the S6 Edge Plus has a 5.7-inch super AMOLED screen with a 1600 x 2560 screen resolution. Its processor is said to carry either Qualcomm's Snapdragon 808 or that of Samsung's Exynos 7422. Either way, the S6 Edge Plus will have a 3GB of Random Access Memory under its shell.

The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Plus will launch in three internal storage, mainly 32Gb, 64Gb and 128GB. It has a 5 megapixel camera with a 120-degree wide angle lens while its front facing camera is said to have the capability of shooting 1080p video resolutions.

Sprint recently sealed a deal with the Federal Communications Commission for the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Plus and Note 5 Edge as their next entry level.

In a separate report by Tech Times, a release date has been declared and the flagship phone is set to launch on August 21. The August release of Samsung's flagship phones has been due to the anticipation of Apple's iPhone series schedule of release, wherein, they do not want to come up short competing with the giant tech company.

In a revelation made by SamMobile from a TechTimes report, the Galaxy S6 Edge Plus and Note 5 will simultaneously be announced at an earlier date at a press event. The two flagship phones are also expected to go on sale two weeks after its launching period.

While the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Plus is reportedly dishing the Stylus Pen, the Note 5 will don the S Pen ,similar to a standard pen that comes in black, white, silver and gold profiles. The two phones will have similar number of colors when they come out.
