It's official. Miranda Kerr is dating Evan Spiegel. The 32-year-old Australian supermodel was all smiles in LAX Airport Wednesday while she was with SnapChat CEO, Evan Spiegel.

Kerr has obviously no problems with PDA as she was snapped on more than one instance getting cozy with the 25-year-old CEO.

In spite of her new beau, the Victoria's Secret model is reportedly still keeping a really close relationship with ex-husband Orlando Bloom for the sake of her son, Flynn, 4. The day before she and Spiegel were snapped in the airport, Miranda shared an Instgram photo of Flynn doing some coloring, reported Just Jared.

According to TMZ, Miranda and the $2 billion-worth Snapchat founder have been dating since June. It might then be important to note that in the photos, Miranda is wearing a Swarovski bracelet and ring.

While photos would show the couple all lovey-dovey, according to Digital Spy, there's more to Miranda Kerr's new boyfriend than meets the eye.

Below are the Top 7 facts to know about Spiegel, as listed by Digital Spy:

1. It was at a frat party that Evan Spiegel met his Snapchat co-founders
The Snapchat team reportedly met at a frat party. A member of Stanford University's Kappa Sigma fraternity, Spiegel formed Snapchat with fellow frat brothers Bobby Murphy and Reggie Brown, who was cut from the team with no equity stake after a confrontation with Spiegel. Following a rights dispute, last year, the three founders were able to settle the dispute for an undisclosed fee.

2. Spiegel dropped out of university
In 2012, Spiegel reportedly dropped out of university while studying Product Design, joining the same club as Steve Jobs, Mark Zuckerberg, and Bill Gates, who also dropped out of school. Spiegel quit college just a few credits short of earning a degree. Despite having no problems with his grades, the then future Snapchat founder dropped out to focus on Snapchat and its growing success.

3. Spiegel is the 931st richest person in the world
The data is stated in Forbes' real-time rich list. At 25, Evan Spiegel has a net worth of over $2.1 billion. This makes him the 418th richest person in America and the 99th wealthiest in tech.

4. Spiegel's first app was not successful
Before the release of SnapChat, there was Picaboo, a photo-sharing app which can delete images within 10 seconds of viewtime by recipient. The app became a flop, but became a success when it was canned and rebranded as Snapchat.

5. Spiegel turned down a $3 billion offer from Facebook
This was in late 2013. Evan Spiegel reportedly turned down the massive sum from Facebook, wanting to acquire Snapchat. Instead of selling the app, he decided to build the business himself. "There are very few people in the world who get to build a business like this," he told Forbes. "I think trading that for some short-term gain isn't very interesting."

6. Apparently a fan of "Friends", he got the series' set director from to aid in redecorating his house
Evan Spiegel lived with his father after his parents' divorce, but instead of living in a new house with his dad, his father gave him the authority to decorate their new home, giving him a sizeable budget. Spiegel, then a teenager, decided to hire the services of "Friends" set designer Greg Grande to decorate the house.

7. Leaked emails show a different, unpleasant side to Spiegel
Leaked by ValleyWag years after his frat days, Spiegel sent e-mails reportedly containing the following:

  • Misogynistic jokes about getting girls drunk enough to sleep with you
  • Anecdotes about drunkenly urinating on said girls
  • Marijuana and cocaine-based brags and a general sense of sexism, homophobia, and racism

Following the leak, Spiegel reportedly issued a remorse-filled apology last year, saying: "I'm sorry I wrote them at the time and I was [a] jerk to have written them. They in no way reflect who I am today or my views towards women."
