Paul Enright filed a lawsuit on Friday against his landlord, who he said rented his family a vermin-infested townhouse in Manhattan.
The hedge fund manager filed charges at the Manhattan Supreme Court against former Wonderbra model Brenda Schad because he and his family were not able to use most of the townhouse they rented from her for four years.

Enright, 40, reportedly paid US$1 million to rent out the Manhattan townhouse from 2010 to February 2014.
However, now that the lease is up, Enright is demanding a refund of more that US$600,000.
In the lawsuit filed by Enright, he claims that deserves to get a greater part of his money back since he and his family were not able to utilize the entire space that they paid for.
In 2012, Enright moved in with his family in Schad's 4,120-square-foot townhouse on E. 19th Street.
The lawsuit claimed that the Enrights were not able to use the basement of the building because it was still full of Schad's belongings.
Furthermore, Enright said the rear garden was unsafe, especially for his children because it was overrun by vermin.
Enright is demanding a total refund of US$621,248 since he said 32 percent of the house was unusable and he added a 25 percent addition because of the roof leaks.
Schad, however, told the New York Daily News that Enright and his family were "the tenants from hell."
"This lawsuit is so ridiculous," she said. "He was a very difficult tenant."
When questioned about the vermin infestation, Schad said it arrived when a neighbor building was gutted.
The model said there were several occasions when the Enrights would complain about the house, but when she would come to personally check on the situation, they wouldn't let her in.
When the tenants finally left in February, Schad said she assessed the place and saw that the Enrights left so many damages that she would have to completely renovate it.
Schad is known as "Miss Wonderbra" for having appeared in of most of its advertisements.
