It's already well-known that Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner's marriage is headed for divorce as they announced officially back in June, but things appear a little confusing now since not only were they spotted out with the kids together, both are still wearing their wedding rings.

On Saturday, TMZ spotted the celebrity couple with their kids - with Violet, 9, Seraphina, 6, and Samuel, 3 - in Orlando, Florida, at Universal Studios, while on Sunday, the family was seen in Magic Kingdom Park at Walt Disney World. The weekend trips were apparently in celebration of Ben's 43rd birthday.

Other park patrons took to social media and shared photos of the stars with their children.

"Jennifer Garner is in the same Harry Potter shop as me WTF," tweeted another onlooker.

Along with Garner, Affleck, and their three children, there were also a horde of Disney Cast Members during the Magic Kingdom trip.

According to Us Magazine, Christine, Ben's mother also went out with the family on Saturday. Among the attractions the family went to on Saturday include the Wizarding World of Harry Potter.

It's clear that family is still Ben and Jen's priority. In addition, both stars also had on their wedding rings, according to The Inquisitr.

After the couple announced their official split in June, rumors about Ben having an affair with nanny Christine Ouzounian started making headlines. It remains unclear whether the two actually had an affair, but Ben's reps have continued vehemently denying the rumors. As for Jen, she seems to be keeping her mind off the issues by keeping herself busy while filming "Miracles from Heaven" in Atlanta.

Jennifer reportedly took that weekend off from her busy schedule in order to spend more quality time with her kids.

However, they were never seen walking near each another, with the two often separated by five to 10 feet.

According to an E! News source, earlier this month, "Jen and Ben are still in communication."

"They are 'working through the separation for the kids and as a family'," added the insider.

According to The Mirror, a source also previously said that "they feel like they have to be mature adults for their children's sake and that they will figure out the healthiest way to co-parent."

"They want the kids' lives to stay the same and to not have to change just because they aren't going to be married anymore," the source added.
