At the end of this year, LG is set to release yet another flagship phone that bears resemblance to its former LG G4 smartphone.

According to International Business Times, LG company is contemplating on what the new LG G4 Pro will look like, when it comes to casing and other significant physical features. It is also expected to incorporate new features in order to compete with Apple and Samsung. The adamant releasing of new flagship phones by LG is another attempt to keep their name up in the market, so as not to be downplayed when a new product line arrives.

The LG G4 Pro is rumored to have a metal casing with a 27-megapixel rear camera, an 8 megapixel front facing camera and a 5.8-inch IPS LCD display screen. It also comes out with the new Android 5.1.1 lollipop software and has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor.

The LG G4 Pro's RAM extends up to 4GB with an internal storage of 32Gb, 64GB and is expandable up to 128GB.

Vine Report has dubbed LG's latest innovation, which is rumored to be released on October, a "super premium" because of its sleek and upgraded specifications compared to that of the LG G3. When a Korean website tagged the flagship phone as a "brand new unimetal," speculations about its metal casing becomes more and more apparent.

According to an  ET News source within LG, the company said, "We are challenging ourselves to improve our performance level in the second half by strengthening our marketing and releasing new products per business."

The LG G4 Pro has been created partly because of G4's unimpressive entry in the market, and since then, LG promised to launch a new flagship that will be different from its predecessor. LG has been known to release a single flagship phone every year, but with the growing competition with other giant tech companies, LG reportedly thinks this is the right time to introduce two new flagship phones every year. Meantime, they just want to build their position in the tech market again, said reports.
