Hong Kong martial arts superstar Donnie Yen revealed on Tuesday that he would rather be called "unprofessional" for rejecting projects with bed scenes than make his wife upset. According to the new "Star Wars" actor, he took it upon himself to avoid having intimate scenes since he married Cissy Wang 12 years ago.

"There is no man on Earth who is fearful of his wife; there is only respect for his wife," Jayne Stars quoted Yen sharing a line from his movie "Ip Man 3."
In his entire entertainment career, Yen hardly has found himself entangled in any controversy, much less an affair. According to the report, the 52-year-old action star insisted on turning down all bed scenes so as not to make his wife feel sad or uncomfortable. Aside from protecting his other half's feelings, Yen also refused for his two children to see their father's intimate scenes with other women.
While he was promoting his movie "14 Blades," Yen revealed how he avoids being tempted by women other than his wife. For the loving husband, his wife is the most beautiful woman in his heart. He also makes sure to go home straight from filming and spend quality time with Cissy. When nursing an injury, Yen literally finds comfort in his wife as he lovingly makes her "his pillow," Asia One reported in 2010.
"My wife is the best pillow for me. I tend to hurt myself a lot as a martial artist. But all my pain is gone when I'm with her," Yen told Taiwanese TV host Matilda Tao.
Yen's saccharine revelations led to a more intimate discussion about his marriage. In an attempt to dodge being dubbed "the king of kung fu" during the interview, Yen opted to admit that he is "the king in bed." An embarrassed Cissy simply stated that she has "no complaint."
"I dare not call myself the king of kung fu, but I am the king of bedroom kung fu," a cheeky Yen responded.
In 2003, Yen and Cissy had a flash marriage after only three months of dating. Twenty years his junior, Cissy gave Yen daughter Jasmine in 2004 and son James in 2007.
