(Photo : Reuters) Retina MacBook, MacBook Air, iPad mini, iOS Apps and Apple Accessories are on sale for a back to school promo.
For the first time, Best Buy is dropping off the price of the Retina MacBook of up to $80. Amazon also offers some MacBook Air models at the very good discounted price. Apple is not only offering discounts on its devices and accessories, but also have some cool deals on apps and games.
According to Mac Rumors, Apple's back to school promo is ongoing on both online and in store purchase. Apple is also offering a free pair of Beats Solo2 headphones for some eligible Mac purchase such as iMac, MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, Mac Pro and MacBook.

iPad Air 2 is the best recommendation for those who are looking for a new tablet immediately as it offered with discount ranging from $30 to $75. MacMall and B&B Photo are offering the 64GB Wi-Fi only iPad Air 2 is at $569 after the discount.
Retina MacBook has not been offered with a significant discount before, but Best Buy offers $60 to $80 discount on its remaining stock. This makes the 1.1GHz/8GB/256GB models is Silver, Gold and Space Gray available for $1,234.99 after the discount.
MacBook Air is being offered at the lowest price ever by Adorama for as low as $799 (after $100 off).
Apple Retina MacBook and MacBook Air Pro have the highest-resolution display packed. Its text is so sharp and with the Retina display, it reduces glare yet maintain its incredible color and quality. The IPS technology gives a wide-178-degree view of everything on the screen.
Some Apps such as "Devious Dungeon 2," arcade game "David" are being offered for free. "Uncanny X-Men: Days of Future Past" is also available for $0.99 from $4.99 and "Piloteer" is at $0.99 from $2.99. The puzzle game "Quell Memento +" is the Apple's App of the Week and so it is free until next Thursday when the new App is picked.
Apple Accessories such as iTunes gift cards, Mophie iPhone cases and batteries has 20 to 50 percent discount. Magsafe 2 Power Adapters for MacBook pro and MacBook Air is only at $44.99 to $49.99 from $79.
iPad mini 3 is still not on a good price this week though Best Buy gives $100 discount to the 16GB Wi Fi only (Silver) making it only $299. iPad Air Cellular Space Gray 64BG (At&T) for $525.94 and iPad Air Cellular Silver 128GB (Verizon) is at $580.99. Stay tuned for next week's Apple promo.
