They've been dating since their seventh grade, and after ten long years of being together, they finally exchanged their "I do's" in an exclusive ceremony, as reported by People Online.  "Teen Mom OG" star Catelyn Lowell is not officially Catelyn Baltierra.

Their wedding was a non-denominational ceremony. It was held yesterday in the quaint Castle Farms in Charlevoix, Michigan.  Both Lowell and her husband Tyler Baltierra admitted that their love has been through so many ups and downs, especially after Cate got pregnant with their first child when they were just 16.

The couple are now both 23, and quite overjoyed during the ceremony. "I have always prayed that one day Ty would be my husband, and I am beyond blessed that my prayers have come true," said Cate in her interview with US Magazine. 

The wedding ceremony was quite private and has been attended by 154 guests, both family and close friends. Several of their "Teen Mom OG" friends also attended - Amber Portwood and her fiancé Matt, Maci Bookout and her fiancé Taylor McKinney with their children Bentley and Jayde. Kaitlyn Lowry and her husband Javi Marroquin of "Teen Mom 2" also attended the happy union of Mr. and Mrs. Baltierra. 

Carly, the first child of Tyler and Cate also attended the wedding. She was accompanied by Brandon and Teresa, her adoptive parents. Cate was just 16 when her pregnancy with Carly was documented by MTV on their "16 and Pregnant" show. Their second baby girl, Nova Reign, who is now 8 months old was the flower girl of the ceremony. 

Cate wore an elegant gown with straps and has a ball fitting, with lace from head to toe. Most of the guests commented on how mature, elegant and beautiful the gown was on her. Tyler wore a tuxedo on his big day.
