Smile! You're on candid camera...again.

The reboot of the much-loved hidden-camera TV show will be premiering on Monday at 8 pm on TV Land.

The new 'Candid Camera' will be hosted by Emmy nominee Mayim Bialik of the "Big Bang Theory" and Peter Funt, son of the show's original host and creator, Allen Funt.

Allen Funt died in 1999, leaving his son to take charge of the show.

'Candid Camera' has been revived several times on television. Peter Funt hosted the show from 1996-2004 on CBS and from 2001-2004 on PAX.

After more than 50 years since its debut, TV Land is reviving the old classic by producing a 10-episode special of the gag show.

The series will also air at 8 pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. It will then air every Tuesday, beginning August 19.

"Candid Camera" is produced by former NBC Entertainment and Universal Media Studios co-chairman Ben Silverman.

Peter Funt, who also serves as the show's executive producer, shared, "We'll be daring but respectful, funny yet insightful."

One of the gags on the premiere episode involves dental patients being tricked into doing their own dental exam by a mobile device giving them instructions on what to do.

Another gag is inspired by one of the tricks in the original show. Actress Megan Hilty brings her car to confused mechanics who find that the vehicle has no engine.

In episodes to come, New York DJ Peter Rosenberg tricks aspiring rappers to improvise songs with gibberish, singer Carnie Wilson poses as a nervous tattoo artist and former baseball star Reggie Jackson pretends to be a magician.

Originally, "Candid Camera", once named "Candid Microphone" was a radio series. In 1948, the show took on a different platform and was moved to TV.

Big names that starred in the original show include director Woody Allen and boxing legend Mohammad Ali
