Kim K. was spotted earlier leaving the gym after she did her worked out routine with her brother, Rob Kardashian. Based on the photos, Kim didn't have one bad angle. In fact, she not only flaunted her curves, but her amazing cleavage as well.

The 34-year-old star, who had earlier tweeted: "Rise &Grind! Workout time! With @robkardashian", was at the Chin Chin eatery in Calabasas.

Kim was wearing a black top, black leggings, and cardigan paired with black sun glasses and high heels. 

A few days ago, Kim was able to give time to a seriously ill fan as the patient wanted to see her idol and Kim actually made her ill fan's wish come true when she arrived at the hospital. Despite her growing baby bump, Kim made sure to attend to the needs of her fan. 

Mason, Kourtney Kardashian's son with Scott Dissick, was with Kim during her visit to her fan. She took a photo with her fan and shared it on Instagram and her followers praised her for her good deed and kind heart.

The Kardashian star is expecting a baby boy and she's starting to get to know what it feels like to have her own baby boy by spending quality time with her nephew, Mason. Kim took Mason at Toys R Us and bought Mason a handful of toys. 

This is not the first time that Mason has spent his one-on-one time with his Auntie Kim. Kim has actually been babysitting her nephew to help out her sister, Kourtney after her split from Scott Disick. Clearly, these two seem to enjoy each other's company, and they're always doing fun things together!

Not to argue, Kim K. is definitely a great aunt! It's a good thing Kanye West is allowing her to go out with that baby bump. She definitely loves her fans, nephews, and nieces!
