Spider-Man did more than a cameo in "Captain America: Civil War" and now, reports have identified who he was up against. He is also not alone.

It has already been confirmed that Spider-Man's first appearance in the Marvel Cinematic Universe will be in "Captain America: Civil War" but the extent of his role is still undetermined.

More and more clues are spilling out from the set that his involvement may be more than a cameo. There was a rumored fight scene being shot, but that has yet to be confirmed.

However, Heroic Hollywood, the same site that broke news about the fight scene, now boldly claims that they have the scoop on whom the Wallcrawler is fighting.

"Got a hot tip this morning from one of my ninjas in Germany," the teaser from the site stated. "I know what Tom(Holland, Spider-Man actor) is filming over there.

You know who Spider-Man goes mano a mano with in the movie? You ready? CAPTAIN AMERICA."

The article was from Umberto Gonzales who is notorious for his daring scoops. He says he does not have any more specific details as yet. While he has some big hits, his track record is not unblemished so it's best to take the news with a grain of salt.

Of course, it corroborates his preceding report that Spider-Man will be on Team Tony Stark in the movie. Screen Rant reminds us that in the comics, Spider-Man was initially on Tony Stark's side but he shifted allegiances later on. There could be a difference in the film adaptation.

Also, SR notes that Spider-Man in "Civil War" is a youngster while Cap is already a war veteran who has fought aliens. It might be a mismatch if it's a one-on-one. Perhaps, Spidey's allies will rush to help.

Spider-Man will not be short for company in the movie.  There are also rumors that Aunt May will appear in the film, hinting that there might be clues about the origin of Spidey in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

In yet another report from Heroic Hollywood, they claim that Marisa Tomei has been spotted as she "quietly shot" her scenes for the movie.  They also mention that "furniture props of Peter Parker's bedroom were revealed by a(sic) Atlanta TV station. I would bet that Aunt May was in that bedroom scene with Peter Parker."
