When one door closes...you have to sell!
Mila Kunis is preparing for a new chapter in her life - a baby and an upcoming wedding with boyfriend, Ashton Kutcher.
Kunis' 5,000-square feet Mediterranean-themed bachelorette pad has just been put in the market with an asking price of $4 million.

The said home, with its high celings and panoramic views, has five bedrooms and five bathrooms, a pool, a hot tub, a fireplace and a mini-home theater which seats eight people. Kunis' estate also boasts of a highly efficient Crestron security system.
The 30-year old actress and 36-year old Kutcher bought a more traditional, family-friendly home together last May.
Kutcher has also sold his bachelor pad last June.
Kunis, who was born in Ukraine, moved to the United States at the age of seven. After rising to fame and consequently meeting her future husband on "That '70s Show", Kunis became a household name, starring in films such as the comedy "Forgetting Sarah Marshall" and the dark drama "Black Swan".
Kutcher was married to actress Demi Moore and had a high-profile relationship with the late Brittany Murphy.
On the other hand, Kunis was in a long-term relationship with child actor Macaulay Culkin.
The marriage will be the second for Kutcher and the first for Kunis. This is the first baby for both stars.
In a recent interview with W magazine, Kunis shared that she didn't think she would ever get married - that is until she found the love of her life.
She also stated that acting is just a job for her and that it is not her main priority. According to Kunis, she is more excited about becoming a full-time mom.
When asked about wedding plans, Kunis shared, "Now my theory on weddings is: Don't invite anyone. Do it privately and secretly. My parents are okay with that. They're just excited that I said yes."
