According to Entertainment Monthly, a new picture was exclusively released to provide a glimpse of what will happen in the upcoming Season 4 of The CW's "Arrow." Based on the image and comments of the exclusive producer, Marc Guggenheim, it appears that the popular TV series will go for a brighter mood for the plot of the next "Arrow."

An exclusive picture was revealed by TV Insider showing the popular love team of "Arrow," Olicity, which is a combination of the two lead characters' name, Oliver (Stephen Amell) and Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards). The photo showed that the two are having a warm conversation while their eye contacts for one another will give the viewers an idea that the couple seems pretty much in love.

Although the TV series became very dark, especially at the middle of its second season, the executive producer confirmed that they will go for a "lighter tone" for the upcoming "Arrow." However, Guggenheim clarified that Season 4 will not be as bright as the show's offshoot, "The Flash." According to the executive producer, "Arrow" will never be as light as the mood of "The Flash" since the lead characters of the TV series are known for getting into trouble and keeping secrets.

Since the upcoming season of "Arrow" is around six weeks from now, the creators are making sure that they prepared a lot of exciting things for the followers of the TV series. In doing so, they are hopeful that the viewers will once again add Season 4 as another fan favorite.

One of the biggest changes that the "Arrow" team made in Season 4 is the revision of the city's name. From Starling City, it will now become Star City. Paul Blackthorne, who plays the role of Officer Quentin Lance in the TV series, proudly displayed his new badge on his own Instagram account last Aug. 18, which clearly showed and confirmed the new name of the upcoming season's city.

Olicity fans will surely consider Season 4 as a must-watch TV series since their most-loved couple became officially boyfriend/girlfriend at the end of the third season. According to the new season's plot, Oliver and Felicity will lead a fairly domesticated lifestyle and they will spend the whole summer traveling together. However, a major event will take place so the new couple will return to Star City and get into new adventures with Team Arrow.

Meanwhile, "Constantine" followers also received a great news recently when The CW confirmed the inclusion of Matt Ryan as one of Oliver's supporters in the upcoming "Arrow," according to the previous article of The Revoluzionne. The TV channel said that Ryan's character is important to Oliver, especially at times "when arrows aren't enough."

"Arrow" Season 4 will premiere on Oct. 7 at 8 p.m. EST on The CW.
