Have you noticed that Kim Kardashian is not smiling in her pictures anymore? Well, there is definitely a good reason.

Months ago, even before Kim Kardashian West publicly announced that she is pregnant, many people just don't believe that she is. So, she decided to post a naked picture of herself with her growing baby bump on Instagram. This move created bad remarks from the public, especially her haters. She was completely naked and had just used her hands to cover her breasts.

"First they say I'm too skinny so I have to be faking it...Now they say I'm too big so I have to be faking it...SMH!" Kardashian wrote. 

"Some days I'm photographed before I eat & look smaller, some days I've just eaten & I look bigger. It's all a part of the process. I think you all know me well enough to know I would document the process if I got a surrogate. Everyone's body is different, every pregnancy is very different!"

According to reports, Kim is not smiling intendedly in her pictures due to her difficult pregnancy. In 2013, her photographs where lacking smiles again, as she had difficulty in her pregnancy with North West. 

Kim Kardashian West posted some pictures of her that focuses on her lips and boobs. Well, her boobs is now a reminder of feeding breastmilk to her babies and that it is not intended for amusement!

Kim said on Instagram that her boobs and lips are getting bigger nowadays and that she thinks its caused by her preganancy with her second child. Recently, Kim K. West posted a photo of her boobs with feeding bottles used as its caption.

Kim continues to post her "mom boobs" on Instagram.
