It was reported last spring that Stone was supposed to join the cast but there were conflicts with regards to her schedule. And now that she already has time, she is set to join the show as the lead star. And now, she is on final talks as to when the debut will be.

Stone has been in a lot of films but one of her latest movies "Easy A" featured most of her singing and dancing talents. In the movie, she performed "Knock on Wood" in the movie and it was as though she was "cabaret-ready" when she did such number. Stone definitely has the moves and the voice and her fans are waiting to see her on the Broadway stage.

Stone was first featured in the film "Superbad" back in 2007. That was when Stone was first discovered. On 2008, she co-starred in the movie "The House Bunny". She appeared on Paper Man back in 2009 and on 2010, the movie "Easy A" which she starred in, was released. In this film, she received a Golden Globe nomination. And in 2012 and 2014, she has starred as Gwen Stacy in the Amazing Spider-Man franchise. She has also voiced the character named "Eep" in the hit animated series "The Croods".

Stone is known as a quirky and happy-go-lucky person as she noted this in an interview. She said that it was better to be funny and honest and so she is showing her real colors and it does reflect on the films she is making. We do hope to see that classy and funny woman in the Broadway Stage which is set to run from November 2014 to January 2015.
