Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra are going to start a new life together, while Farah has been focusing more on spending time with her family and getting past the stress caused by her sex tape scandal.

The episodes second half starts with Catelynn breastfeeding Nova and sharing some her problems with Dr. Drew. Things got really emotional when Teresa, Carly's adoptive mom got to meet Nova. She mentioned that once she got Carly home, she kept on thinking how deprived Catelynn must be a feeling of having to give her first child upon adoption. Teressa immediately got hold of Nova and planted a precious kiss on her. This moment got everyone in tears.

Dr. Drew asked Tyler and Catelynn how Farah's return has affected them to which Tyler bluntly alleged how Farah needed a short route to gain money and fame on social media, so after teen Mom she used her sex tape. Dr. Drew asked him about future kids and he stated about having no plans until Nova has started her schooling. Tyler and Catelynn have got their future mapped out and they are indeed on the right path. They recently got married on Saturday, Aug. 22, in Charlevoix, Mich. They said their "I do's" in front of 154 guests including Maci Bookout, Amber Portwood and Teen mom's 2's Kailyn Lowry. Catlyenn's daughter Carly's adoptive parents, Brandon and Teresa were also there.

Well, one doesn't expect a drama free episode of Teen Mom OG. After Catelyenn's ray of sunshine, Farah entered along with her drama. Michael and Debra came along after some time. Although the first five years were very hard to adjust, the family mentioned how they have gotten along better. Farah also faced some issues with her parent's annulment.

What really surprised viewers is how Michael said he supported Farah throughout her sex tape scandal. He stated that the whole world arbitrated her, but he knew that his daughter was not only mentally hurt, but also physically. Maci Bookout apologized to Farah for her rude behavior earlier this show.
