According to Engadget, the horror concept and scary features of "Until Dawn" has been carefully developed, though Sony has not made any gallant promotion about it. During the E3 event in June, "Until Dawn" was never mentioned and any expectations that a trailer or some sort of promotion available was completely downplayed. In fact, "Until Dawn" is the video game Sony does not want gamers to linger on. Something gamers would feel sorry about as it is considered one of the best horror experiences in the world of video gaming.

Supermassive Game developed "Until Dawn" specifically for PlayStation 4. The storyline concept revolves around eight characters all trying to escape the murderous psychopath that is after them. The video game allows a player to handle different characters, but aims on one thing and that is to save them from getting murdered.
According to Kotaku, the game is all about making the right decisions in order to keep the characters alive. Poor choices on the other hand will silently kill each and everyone on the game.
"Until Dawn" has realistic graphics that entails the chilling experience of the eight characters within the game, and according to Comingsoon.net, the earthshaking horror experience truly engrosses gamers in the actual concept of the game. The "Until Dawn" storyline was created in collaboration with Larry Fessenden and Graham Reznick, known cult writer and director.
Meantime, issues about "Until Dawn" PS4 have emerged online, citing a glitch that disallows users to play the game. According to GameSpot, players who have pre ordered the game encountered some problems specifically a message that says, "128 days until available." The message hinders the game from being loaded and Sony has worked on dealing with the issue.
In a statement released by Sony through their PlayStation Support, it said, "Our Store team is currently investigating the issue. We'll update the thread once we receive an update."
