Woman who Crashed Into the Car of Dwayne Johnson's Mom is Charged with DUI

It has been reported yesterday that the mother of Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, Ata Maivia-Johnson, together with his cousin WWE NXT Diva Lina Fanene has been rushed to the hospital due to a car crash.

The crash caused a head-on collision between the two cars but the driver was said to be nowhere in sight. The driver was discovered to be a woman and she is being charged with DUI. The accident happened on August 2, 2014 but Johnson only talked about this over the weekend.

It was reported that the woman driving the car jumped two red lights before finally crashing into the other car. It was reported by the police that they were chasing the woman and the accident happened minutes after they started following the said driver.

The driver of the other car was said to have suffered from facial injuries and was taken to the hospital. The police have already asked the prosecutors for an arrest warrant regarding the drunk driver.

Johnson has posted a photo of the two cars as he was at the crime scene. He also captioned the photo saying that his mom and cousin survived the said accident and told his followers that they should hug their families now while they still can.

It was apparent however that he wanted to go after the driver who risked the lives of his loved ones. However, he said that it was more important to know that his mom and cousin were alive rather than looking for the accused drunk driver

His cousin even posted a phot of her with Johnson while she was lying in the hospital bed. She posted another photo of her wearing a sling saying that she is thankful that she survived the accident.

There has been no official statement as to the identification of the woman who crashed into Johnson's mother and cousin. No reports either as to what the accused has said about the accident she has caused and if she has already been released from the hospital.
