Las Vegas police have officially confirmed that Jon Koppenhaver, more widely known as the War Machine, is the primary suspect for the physical assault against porn star Christy Mack on August 8.

In a statement, Mack provided an in-depth description of the horrendous night she went through in the hands of her former lover, a mixed martial arts fighter. At present, she is recovering from her injuries, which included broken bones, missing teeth, and a fatally ruptured liver.

 In Mack's online statement detailing the incident, she shared that the War Machine arrived unannounced at her Las Vegas home at approximately two in the morning. She claimed that his visit was unexpected because he decided to end their relationship in May. In fact, Mack claims, the War Machine moved to San Diego after the breakup.

 "When he arrived, he found myself and one other fully clothed and unarmed (person) in the house," Mack described.

"Without a single word spoken, he began beating my friend; once he was finished, he sent my friend away and turned his attention to me," she added.

The War Machine then purportedly forced Mack to remove her clothes before viciously attacking her.

"He made me undress and shower in front of him, then dragged me out and beat my face," Mack claimed.

Mack said that she reached a point when she already lost count of how many times he hit her.

Medical examinations revealed that Mack has 18 broken bones around her eyes. Her nose was also broken in roughly two places. She has missing teeth, a fractured rib, and severely ruptured liver. In addition, Mack had been experiencing difficulty seeing through her left eye. She has been struggling to chew her food as well.

Apart from these injuries, Mack also suffered from leg injury. She claimed to be hardly be able to walk on her own.

"I also attained several lesions from a knife he got from my kitchen. He pushed the knife into me in some areas such as my hand, ear and head. He also sawed much of my hair off with this dull knife," Mack further detailed.

After beating her until it was virtually impossible for her to stand, the War Machine allegedly threatened to rape her. He, however, failed to become aroused. This possibly enraged the MMA fighter, who then left the injured victim bleeding and shaking on the floor.

Mack then decided she had to leave before her alleged attacker came back to purportedly finish his vile mission and end her life.

 "I believed I was going to die. He has beaten me many times before, but never this badly," she shared.

She then silently left the house and ran for her life.

"I hopped the fence to the golf course behind my house and ran to a neighboring house. Naked and afraid he would catch me, I kept running through the neighborhood knocking on doors," Mack disclosed.

A neighbor eventually responded and brought the victim to the hospital.

To conclude her statement, Mack sent out her appreciation of the love and support she has been receiving from everyone. She also made her stand clear on where her relationship with the War Machine is heading.

"After many months of fear and pressure to keep this man happy, although I fear for my life, I feel that I can no longer put myself in this situation. The cheating by him nearly every day, and almost weekly abuse is now more than I can stand," she declared.

According to reports, the War Machine remains in hiding as Mack released more details of the attack. She also posted pictures of her injuries in her Twitter account as a plea to help authorities find the former UFC and Bellator fighter who allegedly mercilessly assaulted her.

 On his part, however, the War Machine insisted on his innocence. In his recent posts, he explained that he had no hand and control at what has transpired that night. Moreover, the MMA fighter claimed that he went to Mack's home that day to propose.

 Police records show that the War Machine has been detained twice prior to the incident due to assault charges. A $10,000 reward has been posted for the capture of the suspect.
