Surface Pro 4 will be made in two sizes with a Surface Mini on the way.

Microsoft's hardware release event was confirmed to happen in October. Since then, rumors about Surface Pro 4 continue to go around. This time, reports claim that the device will be available in two display sizes, paving the way for a Surface Mini.

Sources from Taiwan claim to have some information regarding the upcoming tablet, Digitimes reported.

Surface Pro 4 report mentions that Microsoft have set to introduce two variants of the Surface Pro 4 in the next few weeks. One of the models will retain the 12-inch standard display, while a bigger alternative will supposedly have either 13 or 14-inch screen. Granted that the size difference between the two models isn't enormous, the larger screen promises to provide more room for the users to maneuver Windows 10's most elaborate gesture controls.

Surface Pro 4  rumors that Microsoft is releasing two possible display sizes is remarkable, albeit not new to Microsoft. Last year, a Surface Mini with an 8-inch display was supposed to be inaugurated together with the Surface Pro 3, Design Trend reported. However, a few hours prior to the unveiling of the smaller tablet, it was scuffled from the showcase.

Surface Pro fans now argue that even if 2015's rumored plans aren't particularly exact, they are a modern depiction of the same idea. However, some previous reports provided a few hints regarding the features of the upcoming tablet. It was revealed that Microsoft had ordered a bulk amount of high-speed Samsung SSDs meant to be used for the manufacture of the next-Gen Surface. Moreover, many outlets agree that the company will advertise an Intel Skylake CPU. The said upgrade was cited as major, in comparison to its predecessor.

Surface Pro 4, along with the new Lumia phones, are anticipated in October's launch.
