On July 19th, Huawei replied to U.S. and England about their concerns of the internet security issue. Huawei said they will support the inspection work to their Network Security Assessment Center conduced from the England Government. The inspection is actually the response to the Intelligence and Security Committee's concerns which express their doubts to Huawei's establishment of their Network Security Assessment Center.

In terms of the issue, Huawei said that they have been working on the same goals as the Committee has as to improve the internet security standard and benefit the public. Huawei continued that they are open to any advices and method that can help to upgrade the internet security.
Huawei entered the England market in 2001, and have been cooperating with the core telecommunications operators. Currently, the company in England has 890 staffs and 70 percentages of them are the local labor. In 2012, the owner of Huawei Renzheng Fei met the Prime Minister, Cameron, and he announced Huawei is going to investigate in and purchase sources from England, and the investigation is up to 1.3 billion pounds. The England Government confirmed that they believe the equipment and machines pass the English completed standard in security and integrity.
The previous director of CIA questioned Huawei is the spy working for the Chinese government. The vice president of the Ministry of External Affairs in Huawei wrote back that the purchasing business of Huawei is all around about 150 markets, and provide job positions to thousands of hundreds Americans. Besides, they make 60 billion dollars purchase from American vendors.
The House of Representative criticized China is undergoing spy activities via Huawei's business. However, they did not provide too many details. The unapproved and old style imputation would be of no help in solving the problem. The security problem should be discussed with countries globally rather than focusing on specific country.
