Meanwhile Beckham's spokesperson confirmed to Mail Online that he is not going to take up any action roles right now other than his recently announced film Guy Ritchie's "Knight Of The Roundtable." Beckham recently switched over his career successfully from a renowned sportsperson to a model and an actor.
"I' am very aware that many sportsmen and other celebrities have turned their hand to acting and failed," stated Beckham, adding, "I know that it is a tough profession, where you need a huge amount of skill and discipline, and I wouldn't want to push myself forward too soon, without learning more about it, and doing a lot more practice."
The football ace player excitedly talked about his upcoming film and is letting everyone know that he is ready to take up any kind of criticism regarding his acting skills. Beckham also added that he loves acting, and would look forward to having more of the showbiz limelight, not just modeling and endorsing, but playing different roles as an actor. He obviously loves what he is doing and is capable of dealing with criticism, as a celebrity for more almost two decades now.
"[Guy] wouldn't put me in a film if he thought I was going to ruin it. I had 13 lines and practised a huge amount. I would love to do more, but I can't just jump into roles that are too big for me. I want to build up my experience and see where it takes me," explained Beckham in a report by New Idea.
