Many reports from different media outlets have also indicated that Queen Elsa will have her love interest and would explore her sexual orientation in the sequel, along with the story of her sister Anna. However, new reports are suggesting that the new villain in the sequel with the powers to counter ice would mean that Elsa's reign and power would come to an end along with her life.
The Telegraph and The Revoluzionne have suggested that the character of Elsa carries much importance for the image of the animation, and even in case she dies, it would not be for any good, and she will return more stronger than she ever was.
Other speculations to go along include Olaf, who is very favored by several fans, finding a love life and attaining happiness. The movie's hit song "Let It Go" was a gem, and it won different awards. Now with the sequel in the pipeline, fans are expecting that the new song will have that powerful impact as that of Elsa's solo in the first installment. There are rumors that the musical team for the sequel is formulating a duet that will take the fans by storm and will be even better than "Let It Go."
