There's a reason why Apple restricts their devices, and another reason why there is the Jailbreak that allows the gadgets to be Jailbroken. According to the Master Herald, the giant tech company has made all the necessary security warning against Jailbreaking, but consumers are less concern about those warning in exchange of a wider variety of apps in their phones. The Apple iOS Jailbreak is a massive threat among users and the malware that tends to steal personal data from these devices has been the epitome reason why Apple immensely contradicts the idea of a Jailbreak.

In the report, around 225,000 Apple IDs have already been in concession and a lot more is threatened to be access if the malware is not prevented. The Apple iOS jailbreak has led hackers to use the identity of innocent users in buying online as well as stealing credit card information and other important details about their online accounts. The malware that is dubbed as the "KeyRaider" is said to have originated from China. While the malware was said to have been contained in the region for quite sometime, rumors of it spreading in other places such as the United State and United Kingdom has already surfaced. This post threats to all Apple users who have Jailbroken their devices.
So what exactly is the difference between a secured Apple product and those that have been Jailbroken?
Jailbroken Apple products are more prone to malware, but they have more options where customization is concerned. Those who choose to stay within Apple's restriction code are more secure with their online data. According to Know Your Mobile, an Apple iOS Jailbreak will invalidate the warranty of the device and sets immense problems on updates and future security updates. What users don't know is that every time they bring their devices to an Apple store, the company takes note of the problems and work on closing in the gap that makes those who are under warranty even more secure without Jailbreaking their phones.
