The Ben Affleck- Jennifer Garner divorce saga lives on. Over the week, the ex-couple were seen spending time together will their three kids. This time, Affleck looked really happy, sources say.

Over the past month, the couple and their kids Violet, 9, Seraphina, 6, and Samuel, 3 were spotted spending family time but critics quickly pointed out that their dad didn't look too happy and neither him nor their mom really made any interaction.

However, this time it seemed all different as the family looked happy as can be. Over the recent weekends they've been spotted enjoying the outdoors as Affleck returned home and Garner is also off from work, a source told People.

"[Ben's] family is all he cares about. This is what makes him happy and it makes sense that he looks happier. He enjoys the time with his family and that includes Jen," the source said.

Last Sunday, the family was seen making a stop at the farmers market before heading to church together.

The Hollywood couple's divorce made headlines ending their 10-year marriage. Speculations on why the couple split continue months after. Affleck has since been accused of having an affair with his kids' nanny, others say Garner resented her husband's gambling which led to the divorce.

The ex-couple were also seen attending family counseling sessions in their effort to make their new set up work, "It's still really hard and every day Ben's learning new positive ways to cope. He's just focused on his family," another source told the news site.

Meanwhile, Garner bumped into another one of Affleck's exes Gwyneth Paltrow. Both ladies were guests at a telethon charity event Friday, US Weekly reported.

Their charity "Think It Up" aims to help improve education in America. Other stars at the charity event were Jessica Biel, Justin Bieber, Halle Berry, and Julie Chen.
