It seems like the country-pop singer has landed in another trouble after the accusations of racism that her "Wildest Dreams" video gave her after its video premiere. Taylor Swift will be facing a lawsuit from a former American DJ who claims that he lost his job after the 25 year old singer accused him of groping her backstage.

David Mueller, an American DJ, filed a lawsuit last Thursday in the United States District court in Denver. The lawsuit has stated that Mueller has been falsely accused by Swift and his security team of grabbing her buttocks backstage on June 2, 2013 at the Pepsi Center.

Mueller had attended the meet-and-greet event of the country-pop singer with her girlfriend, Shannon Melcher. They had a photo session with Swift and she allegedly complained to her security that he lifted her skirt and grabbed her buttocks. The two were immediately removed by Swift's security guards from the venue. Mueller was then fired from his work at KYGO radio two days after the incident happened.

The lawsuit indicated that Mueller has denied Swift's accusations and that he never had body contact with the country-pop singer. His lawsuit also stated that he had met a lot of celebrities and no incident alike had happened.

"The contention that Mr. Mueller lifted up Ms. Swift's skirt and grabbed her bottom, while standing with his girlfriend, in front of Ms. Swift's photographer and Ms. Swift's highly trained security personnel, during a company sponsored, VIP, backstage meet-and-greet, is nonsense, particularly given that Ms. Swift's skirt is in place and is not being lifted by Mr. Mueller's hand in the photograph," the lawsuit said, based on CNN.

According to Sky News, Mueller has met popular celebrities during his two decades as a DJ at KYGO, such as Christina Aguilera, Britney Spears, Mariah Carey, and Jennifer Lopez, but he had done nothing close to what Swift's camp had claimed in reports.

Mueller is asking for Au $210,000 as he lost his job and source of income after Swift's accussations.

A feedback from Swift's publicist has been released on Saturday which had stated that Mueller's employer was given enough evidence after the incident and he had made his own decision on Mueller's job status.
