Zelda Williams, 25, was one of the many who used her social media accounts to honor the sudden death of her father on Monday night. However, Zelda recently faced cruel harassment from anonymous users on her social media accounts.
In a heartwarming post, Williams had posted a quote from The Little Prince to celebrate and pay tribute to the humor and love her father brought to his adoring fans throughout the world.

On her Twitter account, Williams had posted, "You--you alone will have the stars as no one else has them...In one of them, I shall be laughing. And so it will be as if all the stars were laughing, when you look at the sky at night...You--only you--will have the stars that can laugh. --Antoine De Saint-Exupery."
Underneath, Williams wrote a brief, bittersweet message to her father: "I love you. I miss you. I'll try to keep looking up. Z."
Her tweet was met with warmth and gratitude by many other celebrities who mourned over the loss of the Oscar-winning actor. While some celebrities--namely, Frances Bean Cobain--offered Williams words of support, explaining their experiences with similar situations, some sent Williams negative and cruel responses.
According to Williams, many began posting their experiences of losing a parent or family member to suicide on her social media accounts, including some of her Instagram pictures. While many messages were sent to help Williams stay strong, Williams found them to be overwhelming to read.
In fact, other offensive remarks brought Williams to delete all of her social media accounts--perhaps for good.
It was later revealed that two Twitter users had sent Williams Photoshopped pictures of her father--supposedly after his death-and began to insult her.
After asking Twitter to suspend their accounts, Williams then tweeted, "I'm sorry. I should've risen above. Deleting this from my devices for a good long time, maybe forever. Time will tell. Goodbye."
Later on, Williams sent a lengthier message out to her followers on Instagram, writing "I will be leaving this account for a bit while I heal and decide whether I will be deleting this or not. In this difficult time, please try to be respectful of the accounts of myself, my family, and my friends."
Williams' deleted her original request to Twitter to suspend the accounts of the other users. However, Williams has kept her promise--and has stayed away from social media.
