President Xi Jinping's Four-Point Proposal on Women's Rights and Empowerment

Sunday, Chinese President Xi Jinping earned world recognition and praise as he attended the high-level summit at the United Nations headquarters. As the most enthusiastic leader of the People's Republic of China delivered his speech on Gender Equality and Women Empowerment, world leaders were surprisingly amazed as China shares its commitment on upholding women's rights as one of its basic state policy.

The top-level meeting of Global leaders was held at the United Nations Headquarters in New York. The meeting was co-hosted by China and the women at the United Nations. The meeting primary objective centered on women's rights with the theme; Gender Equality and Women Empowerment: A Commitment to action.
Women of China report stated, that the Chinese President and the government are committed to promote gender equality and further commits promoting women empowerment. Addressing the global leaders, Xi emphasized that the pursuit of gender equality is "a great cause."
Xi has a great understanding of women role is essential to promote global development. He further stated the throughout the entire history of humankind without the liberation of women and progress, it is also far impossible for the world to attain true liberty and progress.
Xi proposed among global leaders Sunday that in order to attain this for advancements are needed to be undertaken in order to promote advancement on the rights of our women throughout the world.
In order to attain this noble goal, all should strive hard so that women's development goes hand in hand with the social and economic progress. Secondly, all countries should give its best in order to protect and uphold women's rights and interests. Thirdly, Xi proposed that joint efforts should be put to action in order to build an inclusive and dynamic society - a society with less discrimination and prejudice against women. Lastly, the president emphasized that all countries should do its best to provide a global environment which is favorable for the development of women.
Xi encourages all organizations of women in different nations to promote strong interactions. He also urged developed countries to provide assistance both financial and technological and to help in narrowing the development gap among women in different nations. Xinhuanet cited approximately 100 representatives, which includes 80 world leaders, attended the Global Leader's Meeting.
