Villagers Loot Rice After Truck Crashes in China

A truck carrying 30 ton white rice veered onto the central guardrail on Wenli Highway in Zhejiang Province on Tuesday morning. A part of rice, which spilled onto the street, was looted by neighboring villagers.

Some people even drove a forklift truck to transport the spilled rice to their homes. Local police reportedly tried to stop them, but no one listened.
