And Justin Bieber is Off the Hook! Bieber Shall Take Anger Management Classes for his DUI Case in Miami

20-year-old Pop Star Justin Bieber has pleaded guilty with regards to his DUI case in Miami Beach as he was pulled over by the cops back in January. Bieber and R&B singer Khalil Amir Sharieff were said to be drag racing at the said beach.
The case was from seven months ago and it was reported that Bieber was driving under the influence as well as with an expired license.

Bieber was tested for alcohol breath and it was below the 0.02 limit but his urine tests showed that he was positive of both marijuana and Xanax.
Bieber pleaded to resist arrest without violence and the judge ordered him to attend 12 hours of the anger management course, pay the US$500 fine and complete a "Youlmpact" program.
The program is said to be a meeting between people whose lives have been changed by drunk drivers. He will also be paying US$50, 000 as a charitable contribution to a local children's charity called "Our Kids". This helps victims of human trafficking.
Instead of the DUI case filed against him, it was reduced to "careless driving". Bieber did not appear in court and was only represented by his lawyers.
The judge handling the case, Miami-Dade State Attorney Katherine Fernandez Rundle, said a lot of things about Bieber's misbehavior in general.
She made it clear that the ultimate purpose of the Miami Beach Police Department was to end the rash and juvenile-type conduct before any accident might happen.
She added that the intervention and classes that Bieber is to take are ways to provide a pathway for Bieber towards adult responsibility. His lawyers assured the judge that Bieber gets the message.
Bieber also reached another plea deal back in July when he was alleged of egging his neighbor's house. Bieber was ordered to oblige to two years of probation, five days community service and pay US$80, 000 as his fine.
