1. Durian
The putrid-smelling fruit may seem like a turnoff at first, but eating it can actually increase fertility. Also, the Durian is rich in nutrients which promote estrogen production for women. Recent researches also show increased sperm count and mobility caused by taking the 'King of Fruit'.
2. Chili Pepper
Eating something spicy is sure to turn the heat up, all over. And in all the right places. Reports say that the chili pepper mimics the sweaty and hot sensation, as well as the fast heart rate, even in the bedroom. The food stimulates the release of endorphins, which induces pleasure.
3. Century Egg
This Chinese delicacy is also considered as an aphrodisiac. The appearance and unique texture of the dish, with its creamy yolk and jelly-like white, which appears black or brown as it is cured for a long time, is said to have a mood-setting appeal.
4. Strawberry
Shaped like a perfect little heart, the fruit has been considered as an aphrodisiac since the times of ancient Rome. It is also the symbol of Venus. It is visually and sexually stimulating, with that sexy shape.
5. Balut
The high-protein Filipino duck egg dish is a popular aphrodisiac in the Philippines. It is regarded as an energy booster and literally strengthens the knees. If you're adventurous, go try it out. It's affordable and readily available as a street food as well.
