Li Bingbing: American mattresses are too soft; I have to sleep on a plank

July 22nd, Li Bingbing attended a fashion event in Guangzhou. As she has been chosen by Michael Bay to join the cast of "Transformers 4", Li Bingbing said: "There is a good trend for Chinese actors and actresses to join in the Hollywood movies. It means these international filmmakers have begun to value Chinese market." But since she has signed a confidentiality agreement, Li Bingbing didn't disclose other information about "Transformers 4". Chinese heartthrob Han Geng will cast in the fourth installment of Michael Bay's Transformers series alongside Li Bingbing.

Li Bingbing is a famous workaholic among Chinese entertainment world. But she is still single. When being asked by a journalist whether she longs for marriage, Li Bingbing pretends to be cute and shy. She joked: "of course I am looking forward to marrying my beloved. But where is he? Do you dare to marry me? First, let's buy a mattress together." All jests aside, Li Bingbing told journalists that because she was always busy at work, her lumbar wasn't in a very good condition. "Women keep fit by having a good night sleep. But American mattresses are too soft for me. After I went to America to shoot the film, I don't sleep well. In order to have a good sleep, I have to take a plank and put it on the bed to sleep."
Chinese famous film director Guang Jinpeng unexpected appeared in yesterday's fashion event. Li Bingbing said she has been acquainted with director Guang since 1994. And she is eager to join the cast of director Guang's film.
