The usually glammed up 46-year old looked relaxed in the seconds-long video posted by The Kings of Queens actress Remini, who captioned the video with "My cute girl @jlo making us dinner #boricua #NYLAcrew."
The word 'Boricua' is a term used for Puerto Ricans who are currently residing in the United States.
During the video Leah can be heard in the background explaining what is going on, saying "Here's my girl making some amazing Puerto Rican food for everybody. Just a normal girl at home cooking a good meal."
Jennifer is then seen laughing as she jokingly scolds her friends by telling Remini to "Be quiet". Leah then asks her best-friend "What are you making us?" to which Lopez responds "Pollo Guisado", which a traditional Puerto Rican chicken stew.
Jennifer was last seen glammed up at Heidi Klum's annual Halloween Party where she dressed up as a 'Haute Couture skeleton.' She was photographed with boyfriend Casper Smart who was dressed in a similar costume.
Jennifer will be making a comeback on the small screen with the TV show 'Shades of Blue' in which she plays Harlee Santos, a single mom who works for the FBI anti-curroption task force. The show is set to premiere on January 14, 2016.
