Look's like Riri will not be making the headlines at this year's Victoria Secret Fashion Show.

Rihanna was set to perform at the much anticipated 2015 Victoria Secret Fashion Show which will be aired on Dec. 8 at 10p.m. on CBS. However, on Tuesday, according to the People Magazine, she withdrew from the event to work on  her (reportedly) upcoming album, Anti, formerly entitled #R8. The release date of Anti has not been announced yet even though its lead single has already been released.

It has been confirmed that Rihanna will be replaced by Flashlight hit singer Ellie Goulding, who serenaded the royal wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton in 2011; singing Elton John's Your Song.

Rihanna is no alien to the Victoria Secret stage as she has already performed her sizzling hit Diamonds there three years ago. The fashion show is known for featuring a list of top performers including Kanye West, Taylor Swift, Maroon 5 and Ariana Grande.

People reports that this year's show will include both familiar and new models. Returning Victoria Secret angels like Adriana Lima, Alessandra Ambrosia, Candice Swanepoel and Behati Prinsloo will be gracing the catwalk together with Lily Aldridge, who will be modeling this year's firework-themed bra valued at $2 million.

Aside from the veterans, newbies including Elsa Hock, Jac Jagaciak, Jasmine Tookes, Kate Grigorieva, Lais Ribeiro, Martha Hunt, Romee Strijd, Sara Sampaio, Stella Maxwell, Taylor Hill and Rachel Hilbert, Victoria's Secret PINK model, are set to heat the stage.
