Supermodel Gigi Hadid and her singer boyfriend Joe Jonas have ended their romance. The 20-year old blonde started dating the 26-year old singer earlier this year, but a source close the two revealed that the duo broke up because they were both too busy with their careers.

The source says that "Joe and Gigi broke up and are still friends, there was no drama and it was clean breakup, they still care for each other, but both of them are too caught up in their careers to make the relationship work."

Gigi recently landed a dream job, she will be walking the catwalk for the 2016 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show alongside her best friend Kendall Jenner.

Joe on the other hand has been busy working on his new album with his band DNCE a group that the former Jonas Brother frontman teamed up with former Jonas Brothers guitar player Jack Lawless. DNCE recently released their single "Cake by The Ocean", the music video was co-directed by Hadid. 

In September, Gigi revealed that Joe had asked her out when she was just thirteen years old. "We first met at the Grammy's, I was just thirteen and I did not know how to hang out with a boy. So, when he asked me to join him at a baseball game, I said no."

Joe has had other high profile relationships including one with Taylor Swift. He also dated model and graphic designer Blanda Eggenschwiller from November 2012 to July 2014 before he was spotted on a date with Gigi.
