YouTube user DomisLive posted a tweet, asking his followers and fans in the GTA community to send photos of ban messages and suspended accounts on PlayStation and Xbox Love networks if Rockstar penalized them during the big cleanup drive.

Rockstar has been penalizing modded money lobby defaulters on PSN and XBL by either temporarily suspending their accounts or permanently banning them in TA Online. A number of players reportedly replied to Dom about their recent account suspensions and bans, showing screenshots of the suspension or ban message from Rockstar.

The account suspension message reads: "You've been suspended from Xbox Live. You won't be able to sign in to Xbox Live until 8/26/2014. More information has been sent to the email address for this Microsoft account."

The upcoming 1.16 GTA Online update is indefinitely delayed because of the mass money lobby cleanup and ban wave from Rockstar. The first offense costs players a PSN or XBL account suspension for two week. The second and third offense will cost the players with account suspension for one month.

Players who are caught using glitches and modded money lobby repeatedly could be permanently banned from Rockstar Games. One player told Dom that his XBL account has been banned forever.

Meanwhile, the Grand Theft Auto 5 for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC could be released on Nov. 14. It was Amazon Germany which listed the three ports to be released on that date. Another update called "DLC Pack" could also be released on Aug. 17, according to a new leak from YouTube user TypicalGamer.

Rockstar's launch date pattern shows consistency in releasing game code updates about one week before the official DLC release. The game codes on Developer Market Place may be a sign that the official launch of the update is drawing near. The update is said to bring graphic improvements in draw distance, lighting and textures. It is even said that wild animals will also be added on the landscape.
