The new drama is also said to feature actress Elena Kong and actor Johnson Lee.
It is said that the actor, along with his co-stars, will play rather comical characters in contrast to the more serious roles he had played in previous productions. Compared to his recent drama 'Tiger Cubs 2', he will be taking a more relaxed approach to his acting.
The actor has also been recently promoting his latest TVB drama series 'Tiger Cubs' where he co-starred with actress Linda Chung. He has gone to Malaysia to promote the drama.
Aside from doing promotions in the country, he also took it as an opportunity for a short vacation with his wife Karen Cheung, not forgetting to spend time with her despite being busy with work. Despite August being his free month, the actor claimed that September is going to be rather busy for him.
When asked regarding taking his wife out on trips, Joe Ma claimed that it hasn't really been anything special. The actor said he has been flying around too much for work so he wants his vacations to be relaxing. The actor also shared that he and his family had gone to a summer vacation in Australia last July since his son had to compete in a swimming competition there.
The actor said he will be continuing his filming career after he finishes with the upcoming drama.
