Many organizations are using Microsoft's PowerPoint for making presentations. But most users do not utilize the graphic tools and templates nowadays, making it boring.

The corporate vice president Kirk Koenigsbauer of Office 365 Client Applications at Microsoft wrote in a blog on Friday Nov. 13 that the new intelligent tools will be a game changer. He added that automating the creation of slides and presentations will work for users. He also mentioned that a cloud-powered recommendation engine and smart animation technology will help users create polished slides and captivating motion effects in simple, quick steps.
Users will be given an option to upload their images to be processed using the latest Designer tool. A pop-up sidebar on the right side of the window will offer a variety of designs with 12,000 layouts offered by default, but it will only operate with an Internet connection. Users can create slide animations easily using the novel Morph tool that has the ability to animate 3D images, shapes, and text.
The latest transition effect of PowerPoint is cloud-based Morph that helps enhance tutorials and figures out the animation a user wants then automatically applies them.
An automatic color option is expected to be announced soon as Microsoft plans to help users save their time rather than crop images and apply color effects manually. This feature will pick prominent colors present in an image for adjusting a slide's style.
Only Office 365 subscribers can use the Morph and Designer tools - including those using Windows 10 or Microsoft PowerPoint's full desktop version. These new features are expected to be expanded to other platforms like Android and iOS.
An Office Insider program - similar to the Windows Insider Program - is also set to be launched. Members can access pre-released versions of Office 2016. Mac users can also avail this program. If customers want to experience the latest PowerPoint Morph and Designer tools, they can get the first release of Office 365. A sign-up page is now starting for the Office Insider program.
