Hong Kong veteran actor Patrick Tse has nothing but praises for his former daughter-in-law Cecilia Cheung on his guest appearance on the latest episode of 'Chef Nic'.
Patrick Tse was recently invited by his son, Nicholas Tse, to make a guest appearance on 'Chef Nic,' a Chinese food and travel show the latter is currently hosting. The production crew had also invited Michelle Chen to be there.

On the latest episode of the food travelogue which aired the previous Saturday, Nicholas, Patrick and Michelle enjoyed walking through the streets of Spain and also sat by an outdoor bonfire where they had a heart-to-heart talk.
The father and son related that they have never been on a trip together as a family for 29 years, a fact that shocked Michelle Chen, who advised them to go on annual family trips.
On the other hand, Patrick Tse provided insights regarding Nicholas Tse's marriage to ex-wife Cecilia Cheung from whom he got a divorce with in 2011. The actor seems to have liked how Cecilia Cheung was, as a wife to his son, praising her.
The veteran actor claimed that after Cecilia Cheung and Nicholas Tse secretly eloped in the Philippines, the actress served him tea while she knelt down after their return to Hong Kong.
According to Patrick Tse, the singer-actress even told Nicholas to be kind to his parents, quoting her when she said, "He [Nicholas] can have many wives, but he only has one mother."
The 78-year old actor could still clearly remember Cecilia's words and said, "She is such a sensible girl. How can I not dote on her?"
Patrick expressed his sadness over how his son's marriage had ended up into a divorce, and expressed hope for his son to be reunited with his two sons and former wife.
He wished his son and daughter, actress-model Jennifer Tse, to have blessed lives and hoped that Nicholas would not follow in his footsteps.
In response to his father's loving words, Nicholas said he loved his father and advised viewers to spend more time with their fathers before they get too old.
