About 60 percent of Americans are worried that the Ebola outbreak will reach US, according to a Fox News poll on Thursday.
Out of the 60 percent who are worried, the poll showed that about 30 percent were "very concerned."
However, despite the growing concern about the recent Ebola outbreak, majority of Americans are in favor with the decision to let the two infected American missionaries into the United States to be treated, according to the poll.

Two U.S. missionaries who were infected with the virus while on a volunteer mission in West Africa were extracted and sent back to the U.S. to receive medical care. The new experimental drug developed to combat the virus was administered on the two and both are reported to be feeling better.
Nearly 27 percent of all the respondents were disappointed that the Americans were brought back to the country, but about 68 percent agreed with the government's decision.
Even among the 60 percent who showed concern about the disease spreading to the U.S., 59 percent still agreed that both were sent back for treatment.
The number of Ebola related deaths in West Africa has reached past its 1,000 mark and has spread to four African countries - Sierra Leone, Liberia, Guinea and even Nigeria, according to the World Health Organization.
The poll also revealed that according to the respondents' demographics, 60 percent men and 63 percent of women revealed they were concern that the virus will spread to the United States.
About 66 percent of the participants of the survey living in the South were reported to be concerned over the potential threat of the Ebola in the U.S., along with 63 percent of respondents from the Midwest and 59 percent from the West.
The survey was based on phone interviews of approximately 1,000 registered voters in the U.S.
