Yesterday, the temperature was recorded as 36 Cº in Wuhan City. It is summer holiday and most of the students go back home and the campus is quiet. There are still small volumes of students staying at the campus for the reason that they would like to find the intern during the holiday. They live in the campus dormitory without air conditioners. As a result, they develop different ways to keep cool in this hot summer.

Umbrella Shunt
When the journalist enters the student room of the Wuhan Vocational and Technical College of Electricity, the fan is turned up to the fastest class, and the students are still all wet with sweating. "It does not help in this way; we have to apply the "magic machine". Li took out an open umbrella and hang it under the fan, explaining that the wind will be delivered to the upstairs beds. "The coolest place is right under the fan, and we can't feel the wind when we sleep in the upstairs bed. The umbrella helps us get the wind from the fan. Besides, we put the bottle water on the bed before we go to bed, so that the bed will cool down a little.
Studying in The Swimming Pool
How would you study in the swimming pool, and how that feel? Liu De, the grade two student of the Central China Normal University tell us that he purchased a gas-filled swimming pool which is 2 meters long by 1 meter wide. He puts the pool in his room, fill it with water, then he change to his swimming pants so that he can read the books, has his meals, and even sleeps in the pool. Cheng Ji of the Jiang Han University thinks of the similar idea of studying in the swimming pool. He has to prepare the CET-6 so that he stays at the schools with his roommates. They even set up the supporting frame for the pool so that they can use their laptops while they are "swimming".
Save The Meal for The AC
Students would like to choose the places far from the intern place to save the room rental. Besides, they have to save the budget of the meal for using the air conditioners in the room. Gao, the student in social media major says she live with two other young ladies in an old building. They rent a room and share the fee around 1,200 Yuan per month. The landlord is very strict for the use of the air conditioner: they have to use at least three hours every time and pay two Yuan hourly and the remoter is controlled by the landlord. Usually, they use the air conditioners four to five hours every night and ask the landlord to turn it off when they sleep at around 12 AM. They continue to use the fan for the entire night. To save the money for the air conditioner fee, they purchase a rice cooker, sugars, rice, and noodles and cook in the room. The meal cost about 20 Yuan one day.
Three Persons, Two Single Beds
Want Jiao and two other classmates stay at the campus during this summer to work as interns, aiming at obtaining more experience. She is from the China University of Geosciences. They looked for the place to live for a whole days, and finally find a small inn which cost 2,100 for one month, including the utilities. They share two single beds and the space is too limited to make a turn. They think it is better to start working in the current circumstance that it is hard for the graduates to find a job after they leave the schools.
