Eidos Montreal ‘Deus Ex: Mankind Divided’ Release Postponed to August 2016

Eidos Montreal has announced that the release of 'Deus Ex: Mankind Divided' has been postponed until August next year. The game was originally scheduled to be release in Feb. 2016.
Fans of the game were just starting to get excited about the upcoming release, but Eidos Montreal recently confirmed that the game will be delayed for six months. PC Gamer reported that the reason behind the delay in the release of Deus Ex: Mankind Divided it that Eidos Montreal wants to ensure that they do not compromise on the quality of the game.

Deus Ex: Mankind Divided was supposedly to be release in Feb. 2016, but has been postponed by several months. According to Independent, a blog post from studio head CEO David Anfossi states that the development team knows that there is an air of expectation about the game. He added that they are aiming to be a worthy successor to Human Revolution, and they want to improve the game in every way possible. Anfossi emphasized that they want to exceed the fans expectation.
Anfossi stated that he is very proud of the game so far. He admitted that the game will still require more time in post-production for iterations, tuning, and refinement.
Anfossi closed his statement by thanking the fans. He said that they should be patient for a little longer. He explained that it is a huge responsibility to work on Deus Ex Mankind Divided, but it is also a huge privilege.
Deus Ex: Mankind Divided will be released on Aug. 23 next year for PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
