The rivalry between young dancers and reality stars Maddie Ziegler and Chloe Lukasiak has gone beyond the stage and their controversial show "Dance Moms" as Ziegler's fans have started to make fun of Lukasiak over her role in the 2016 low-budget flick "Center Stage: Dance Camp".

Fans of Ziegler have been comparing Lukasiak's role to Ziegler's growing career as she has been cast as one of the main stars of "The Book of Henry". The flick, which is set for release next year, will also star Naomi Watts and Lee Pace.

Those who support Lukasiak, on the other hand, noted that although the young dancer's role is smaller than Maddie's, she will at least be putting her dancing skills on display. Lukasiak will be playing the role of a dance prodigy who competes at the camp.

Despite the apparent rivalry and her busy schedule, Ziegler is said to be returning to the sixth season of "Dance Moms".

While dancing continues to be one of her passions, Ziegler shared that she wants to be "a triple threat," adding, "I definitely want to do a movie or a scripted TV show." So far, Ziegler has appeared in Sia's music videos and on "Pretty Little Liars".

Aside from the achievements mentioned, Ziegler is part of Time's list of the 30 Most Influential Teens of 2015, has collaborated with designer Betsy Johnson on a dance wear line, and has debuted at the runway of Ralph Lauren Children's Show for Fall 2015.
